With over 15 years of experience in the mental health and addictions field, Sandra has provided compassionate, client-centered therapy across a variety of settings throughout Nova Scotia. Her experience includes private practice work with Harmony Health, individual counselling through contracts with the Department of Community Services, serving as Lead Therapist at an inpatient addictions recovery centre, and her current role supporting Nova Scotia teachers and their family members through individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
Sandra brings a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, helping clients navigate life’s challenges with empathy, insight, and practical support. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and relationship.
