Hello! I’m glad you’re here.

I am a counselling intern in my final year of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Francis Xavier University.

My professional background includes over six years in corporate settings, as well as experience working with children in school-based support roles. As a parent, I also bring a deep appreciation for the joys, challenges, and complexities of family life.

My counselling approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centred. My goal is to create a safe and accepting space where clients feel heard, supported, and comfortable moving at their own pace. I strive to meet clients where they are with respect, curiosity, and care. 

My hope is to walk alongside clients as they explore their concerns and move toward greater clarity, connection, and well-being.
