Join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate five years of the Ripple Effect Couch of Hope has created across Nova Scotia and the difference accessible mental health counselling can make in the lives of individuals, families, and communities.

The Couch of Hope Gala: The Ripple Effect brings our community together to celebrate the interns, supervisors, volunteers, board members, sponsors, partners, and supporters who make this work possible.

Because healing does not stop with one person. As our Founder says, “The person who starts the ripple rarely sees how far it reaches.”

For five years, our community has helped create ripples of care, compassion, and hope. Now, we’re coming together to help those ripples reach further.
